Strange heart

Weird question, but over these past few weeks my heart feels as though it has been beating really fast. So much so it makes me stop in my tracks and grab my chest. I know when your pregnant your heart is working over time, but could that be all it is? Anyone had this aswell?

I get that now at 26 weeks and have done for the past 2 months, only when I go to sleep though ill get a sudden increase and it will last for quite awhile, it can be quite scary sometimes as it feels realy strong but I just put it down to it being heart pulpitations which are apprently common in pregnancy

I get that all the time, it really scared me at first but i'm used to it now.

i get it all the time violet. mostly when im in bed relaxed - its a strange sensation isn't it.

It is weird. OH said at least we know I have a heart now lol

i can always feel my heart beating in my belly could that be the plecenta?
