Strange gripey pain in lower belly - Symptom?

The last day or so ive had really strange sort of painful feeling in my lower abdomen, right across where your pubic bone is below the belly button,

Its not a cramp more of a twinge but it does hurt especially when i get up or turn over in bed fast etc,

I havent got any pain when weeing or anything like that,

Could this be a sign?
