Stitch like pain

Walking James to school this morning I got a really bad stitch like pain low down in my bump on the right hand side. It only went away one I'd rested for a bit.


It came back again when I was walking to pick James up this afternoon.
I've googled it and it seems common at this stage, apparantly ligaments stretching are to blame.

Has anyone else had this? It's really sore and makes walking hard so I hope it's not going to be a regular occurance!

I do get this quite a bit - I find that if I take tiny baby steps it helps (I look a prat though!)

I get this too when I walk from work to the train station, it can be quite painful. I don't get it on the way up to work which is all up hill only on the way home? Strange!
