Hello ladies
Tentatively dropping in to say hello.
I’m jayne and have been on PF forever seemingly.
I’ve got one son, who is 6. I have pcos and it tOk over a year to conceive him and I needed ovarian drilling.
I’m getting married in 6 weeks and my coil is coming out in 4 and I’ll be actively trying. Hoping it will be a lot easier this time, I’m a midwife and I don’t know how it will make me feel dealing with pregnant ladies if I’m struggling to conceive my own again!
Anyway, looking forward to getting to know you all :) xx

Hello. If you do struggle to conceive, at least there are a lot of people in similar situations on here, so you won't feel as alone. I hope its a short journey to baby number 2 for you though x

Yesss, exciting :D

I hope you have a short spell in here before moving over to pregnancy

Welcome back, i also have a nearly 6 year old and was on here in 2011, think I recognise you from then! Coming off my pill in 3 weeks time to try for baby number 2, so excited and can't wait! Wishing you lots of luck this time and keeping my fingers crossed for a quick bfp for you! X

Hello to you! You'll find endless support here!

Best of luck for your wedding & conception!

Thank you ladies!
I’ve had regular cycles since my son was born (pretty much) so I’m hoping I’ll have an easier run of it this time!
He is so so desperate for a sibling, I hope it doesn’t take too long.
There’s not much I don’t know about TTC by now!

I'm in the same boat! She's been asking for ages.
Can't wait to tell her when the time is right!

I know it's so, so exciting having them involved too.
My son was talking about it on the way to school this morning, he says he'd like 2 sisters. But really he thinks it would be fairer to ask for one of each.

I told him that we don't get to choose, but one of the girls at school has told him about her mum's gender reveal party during her pregnancy. so now he thinks if I eat lots of blue cake I'll get pregnant with a little boy or if i eat pink cake I'll have a girl   I love the innocence of it. But he's well aware of how they get out!

I have just booked my appointment to have my coil removed, it's coming out on Wednesday! I thought I'd have a long wait for it, but they suggested that day and I have the day off work, so clearly meant to be lol.

That is completely adorable haha! Oh bless him!

Good luck to you. Hope you have a much easier journey this time.

It's definitely hard to keep chilled about the TTC journey when work can't even distract you. Got the same problem as you! x

Sydney are you a midwife too?

Well the coil was whipped out this afternoon....! So here I am. Bareback and ready
