stich or baby?

i keep feeling like a twitch in my sides sometimes its on the left an then sometimes its on the right felt it all day today, im now 16 weeks could this be the baby an movements, ive already felt flutters in my tummy but now the pains go further up.

Right under across my boobs is where also pain sometimes occur feels like a stitch but i havent done anything to get a stitch ?

I always go that stitch feeling in and up my sides
