Alice > it was uni, im back there for 8 weeks ish then start placement (which i dont know where am i yet!!) in november!

It went really well, wasnt too much in depth today, just mainly enrolling and introducing us to the third year.And by chance im in the same group as the girl who also had year out the same time as me to have a baby! So its great that i know someone!!! plus i know a few other people that are retaking the year so all in all it went well!!

Feeling a lot more positive about it all now! I started back at my part time job a few weeks ago(residential home) and im just doing the odd shift here and there as my boss has said to me if i stay with the company then in 12 months time when im a qualified nurse they can just transfer me to a nursing home!! (to work not live btw !!!! ) So at least now that i have a back up job in 12 months time if there are no hospital jobs!

Right sorry im starting to waffle now!!! also im still waiting to hear about my dependents allowence (linked with the nhs bursary) and theyve just told me that they back date it from the day jamie was born !!! So when i get that i will be one happy bunny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Right im gonna shut up now ....sorry !!!

its hard but all worth it the end, great to think you may have a job at the end of it as its not looking good for jobs in the hospital at the moment. all the best xx
