Spotting question TMI warning!!!

Hey ladies,

I was just wondering if any of you spot before af? Mine starts about 10dpo very light and pale and then goes brown til about 14 dpo when full flow comes. The only thing that worries me is that it gets worse with a bowel movement and then goes again. It's like I'm pushing the period out if that makes sense?? I've had a scan and no cysts etc and day 21 test was normal.

Do you think this is something to worry about or just the straining causing af to come?

I can't help but worry about all these things stopping my bfp xx

its just the straining hun, sometimes I have to have a bowel movement just to see if I have any ewcm as it doesnt come out otherwise.

I have also had spotting for 3 or so days before a period and there is always a bit more if I go number 2, I really wouldnt worry about it hun xxxx
