Spotting before period

Basically i have been ttc for 6 months, out of them 6 i charted properly for 4. First 2 normal cycles no issues, cycle 3/4 strongly suspect anovulatory ff never detected ovulation.. i had 2 days spotting before and a extra long 6 days bleeding (usually 4). This cycle again i am spotting before af.. why is this happening all of a sudden!? Is this a bad sign? Accord to ff i have ovulated this month but still

I dont know if its a bad sign per se but if you are having new/irregular bleeding then I advise you to see a medical professional... Not because of ttc but because it should always be checked out

I came off the pill and then 8 months in to ttc, I started spotting before my periods and have done pretty much most months ever since. I mentioned it to the doctor and fertility consultant and neither of them gave me an answer. Next time I see the fertility consultant, I think I’m gonna ask again and make them answer me this time! From lots of googling about this, I think a lot of women have this, so I wouldn’t worry xx

Spotting before AF is really common and often doesn't mean anything. I spotted before AF after I came off the pill. Once I started fertility investigations, they found an endometrial polyp one the ultrasound. After I had that removed, there was no more spotting for me. AF literally just started red flow. I'm not suggesting this is the case for you but I thought it was worth mentioning as I had no idea I even had it.

I spot throughout my luteal phase on and off, this month I started spotting at 1dpo! I’m now going into month 11ttc so it hasn’t been a good sign for me but i think drs seem to not be too concerned about spotting before periods.

I had spotting for years and years. Had a laprascopy for a cyst and they didn’t see any reason for the spotting. I was convienced it was causing me fertility issues. But I’m now 5months pregnant. Doctors say it’s very normal x
