Spotting before ovulation?

I'm on cycle day 9, and today as I whipped then I had a small drop of red blood on the toilet paper. I haven't ovulated yet, and I didn't have rough sex either (just regular sex yesterday, I never ever bleed from that).

Any idea what this could be? Maybe my body getting ready to ovulate?

Blood around ovulation usually means high fertility

Ohhh that would be great!!
My temperatures have been crappy since coming off the pill in September, but have been really great so far! (Nice and low, and staying there).
