Spotting and cramping after orgasm 6+3

Hi ladies,

I'm hoping really for some reassurance.

I have recently had light/mid brown spotting after an orgasm. I have also had some cramps along side this. The spotting has stopped and appeared the once on the tissue after I urinated.

Have I caused damage by having an orgasm? I'm am sat here crying thinking I have jeopardised my pregnancy.

The cramping is 100% normal, I had them so bad the first time I thought I was loosing it. apparently your uterus always cramps after you just dont notice it when youre not preggo!
The spotting is very normal at 6 weeks too, Just as long as it is only spotting!
But if you're worried call your Dr

Thank you ever so much for replying. The brown blood was there only afterwards when I went for a wee.. it's now gone but I still have a dull ache
I've been searching and lots of people seem to think this womb contraction after an orgasm has caused them a misscarriage. Feeling pretty scared at the moment

Trust me, Ive been having quite a few recently, Ive hit 8 weeks and ive got the major horn. everything is fine
First felt it at 4 weeks and had the ache for a couple of days after that

Apparently when u have an orgasm you produce the same hormones u get with a contraction and that's why u can have mild cramps afterwards. I agree it's painful tho x

I also had this and assumed another mc was starting...

Luckily this was not the case and my little man is now 4 days old!

Scary but normal, maybe just abstain a few weeks. It didn't carry on for me x
