I never normally suffer from spots unless the OH hasnt shaved for a couple days then i have a little break out on the chin

But lately i have been getting them on neck and shoulders where i can say i have never had the before they are really painful and cant really squezze them lol.

i have even had to stop wearing my necklace that i have always worn!!!

SPOTS PLEASE DO ONE!!!!!

i feel your pain...i think my neck is turning into a big spot
can mine do one too?!

I read that chin/neck spots are hormonal ones though...rubbish!!

I'm the same!! I've put it down to coming off the pill. My shoulders and tops of my arms are covered! I never even got spots as a teen so I duno why now all of a sudden fgs!! X

I am the same!
I have even been to the doctor - because i became so down about it!

I never really suffered until i came off the pill and then everything went mad - bloody pill!

what can we do - will it ever sort itself out?
