Spinning Room

This morning as I was waking up, I moved position and all of a sudden the room was spinning around and around. I couldn't focus my eyes I then felt so sick and for the rest of day I have felt sick, dizzy and hot. I rang my doctors as it really scared me.
I have an appointment tomorrow..........she thinks it might be an viral ear infection??? Has anyone had this?? Does this sound normal?? I'm really worried.

I've just turned 22 weeks pregnant and this last week I've been experiencing dizzy spells. They go once I sit down and put my head down, but they are not very nice!

I think it's something to do with all your bloody supply going to the placenta makes you feel light-headed.
