Heads spinning!

It started last night in bed but woke up this morning and went to do a food shop and my head wont stop spinning. I feel really dizzy and faint also starting to get a headache. Does anyone know what it could be? X

Yeah I'd say it could be blood pressure, give your midwife a call hun. As Pinky says make sure you drink plenty too x x

Im not a big drinker so it could be that. I only drink about 3 glasses of juice a day. X

Defo get more water down you. But I'd still go and get your blood pressure checked out too x x
