Sperm results after a vasectomy reversal

My partner got his results today from his sperm test. We was emailed them so we have no idea what they mean.

That's all the email said. Any help?

I know the morphology is within normal range as it can go from 4-100% as a normal range my hubby is also 4% and was told that was fine, looks like at least a few others are good volume looks good they normally expect between 1-2ml , hopefully they will email to explain the others, it’s a shame they didn’t explain them fully in the email really!
