Yes these ones! And reduce use of laptop with a wifi connection. Also no tight underwear and reduce cycling if you do it! Another i heard was to eat more red food (eg red peppers, strawberries etc) as some study showed that there is some nutrient in it that is beneficial.
A year before Ivf my OH had good sperm. Just before his test came back low motility. He went on well man conception, stopped hot baths, took the car to work instead of cycling and when the Ivf day came his sperm were grade A and very good! We were so happy as we thought we would have icsi but his swimmers fertilised my eggs all on their own!!
