SPD type pain - rough justice!!!

ouch, seems like since i finished work on Friday, the front joint of my pelvis is so much more painful.

getting up during the night is like a military procedure, and i even had to crawl to the loo cause i wasn't able to lift my leg to walk!

when i roll over at night there are some horrible sounding cracks from there too, and it's painful.

now it's generally achy during the day, but it's so much more painful during the day.

i find it so much worse after im sat down for a while. i was so going to enjoy having a rest of doing nothing whilst on maternity leave, but not doing much seems to be causing me more pain!!!!!!
 
I find this too. I have to strike a balance between not doing too much and not doing too little or I really feel it!
 
You have my sympathy, I'm going through a similar experience. I've got spd and severe sciatica on my left side which is getting worse as the weeks go by.

Night times are worse for the spd, turning over is very difficult and getting out of bed in the mornings is very difficult. Everything ceases up in the pelvis area and lower back.

I find sitting on my gym ball really helps but only for short periods at a time.
 
ooh i have a gym ball, i'll have to find the pump and get it pumped up!
