Im off to the physio in the morning and just wondered what they will do?

Will i have to take my trousers off and be examined or will they just talk me through some exercises and give me a support belt.

Just curious i really dont want to be pulled around

They will examine u but I was just told to wear loose fitting clothes, they will see how much ur pelvis is out of line then take it from there. I had some treatments & they also showed me excercises, gave me a support belt & eventually crutches as it got really bad. Hope that helps :)

when I had physio for spd the first time around I had to take my trousers off and lie on a bed while the physio yanked my legs. It did make a big improvement, and I had to go every week for the last 4 weeks.

That was 5 years ago so things might have changed now. I'd imagine it would depend on what your specific case is as well, it might need different treatment.

I hope it works for you

Well im back and im now a proud member of the sexy belt club. :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

I hope it helps. They were very nice and it seems spd is very common.

My belt really does help me :D

Hope yours does too!

I think I must be the only one who didn't actually get examined by the Physio?!

Got given a belt and 2 exercises. I'm in 2 minds whether the belt helps me or not. When I wear it, I seem to be worse, but that could just be its cos I'm walking around loads when I wear it
