On crutches :(

Went to see the physio today for an emergency appointment as my SPD seems to have deteriorated rapidly.
She did some examination type exercises with me and agreed and has put me on crutches and given me some very sexy belts to wear! I know they havent worked for some of you but Im gonna give em a go and hope they relieve the pain a bit. Bubs doesnt appear to be liking them at the mo though cos he keeps kicking me as if to say "Mummy, I feel restricted, get that bloody belt off me!". So if he continues to protest Im gonna have to remove it cos my ribs cant stand the battering!!!
