SPD already :-(.

Well I went to my doc who confirmed I am suffering from SPD, I had it in late pregnancy with my son, so they aren't surprised I have it in early pregnancy.
I have to go to the midwife, who is then referring me to physiotherapy and will need to get a brace fitted.
I just hope it doesn't progress so much that I end up in a wheelchair like my friend did

I've had it in all 3 of my pregnancies and from early on luckily with this one and my last i already had my brace so could wear it straight away. got my first physio appiontment on the 17th. feel your pain. do u have an active job ? try and rest as much as possible know its hard when u have little ones to run after and i find a pillow between my knees at night helps. im hoping i wont end up in a wheelchair too as needed cruthes by the end with my last one xxx

I feel ur pain! I sneaked in from tri 1. I got it and I am only 10 weeks! Hope the brace helps u hun x

Do you know what they do at physio? I had physio for my sciatica and I thought it was brutal so not looking forward to it x
