Soya isoflavones

So after reading about the soy isoflavones on here.. I decided to find some ive just picked these up.
Im on cycle day 4 so i will start to take these tonight im going to take 100mg for my first just in case of any side effects if i feel ok tomrw i will continue to take 100mg for CD 6-7 i will take 200mg
I should ovulate on 19th april CD16
Im going to track this using ovulation kit see what i get as previously it has never located my ovulation.

I hope nothing goes wrong and i get my BFP asap
Is there anyone else taking SI at the moment ?

Cd 4 -100mg
Cd 5- 100mg
Cd-6 - i forgot to take
Cd 7 - 200mg (compensated for day i missed)
Cd 8 - 100mg

Cd 8,9,10,11 - i have had a masive headache.

Cd 11 i took a ovulation test and im at my highest peak today. Im not entirely sure if its come early or not but accoriding to my app it has by a day.

Im so happy that i found my ovulation as ive never been able to piin point it 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
