Hi girls,
I recently heard of soy isoflavones which helps to ovulate earlier in a cycle...
My question is, do I need a prescription for it or can I get it in any pharmacy without it?
Xoxo

It sounds like a supplement, so you can probably get it over the counter. Just had a quick look online and Amazon are selling it, so it can’t be prescription only.

I got mine from Tescos, it helped me ovulate earlier this cycle

I do but ever since my MC and my last IVF cycle they have been a few days longer than they used to be.

I’ve tried it on a couple of cycles before and it doesn’t seem to change the cycles I don’t use it, only shorterns the ones that I do take it.
