I was only giving myself 2 more cycles but just wondering if it's worth trying soy isoflavones if our frozen embryo transfer isn't successful.

Looking for advice from those who have tried it (successful or not) and if it made any affects on your cycle.
If you have any helpful links/webpages to share please do!

Also, where did you get them from? A quick search and I was finding 750mg, when I've read not to exceed 200mg..

I read somewhere not to take it if you're cycle is regular so I'm not sure if I should (although at this point does it really matter? Since I feel like I've given up anyway!!!!)
My cycle can vary from 26-31 days but is often 28.

I've taken them Millie, my cycles are very regular, did 3 cycles on them, Tesco own make, 80 mg on days 4-8, also tried 120 mg days 4-8. It definitely seemed to make me ovulate stronger, good lines on opk, felt ovulation, better ewcm and didn't alter ovulation days. Unfortunately it didn't help me catch pregnant but I'd say its definitely worth a try. I was thinking of trying it again soon. xx

Thanks! It's probably one of the only things I've never tried as I've always thought it wouldn't make a difference.. I guess it's worth a try! I'll have to look at for it in tescos then and try it if our frozen Embryo doesn't want to stick around xx

I hope you don't need to try the soy and fet is successful, definitely helped give stronger ovulation and oddly enough since taking them I've never had sore boobs a week before af like I always used to, it's almost as if it balanced my hormones.
The Tesco ones are good value, I think just over £3, they have a yellow lid if that helps. xx

I took this I got pregnant but was a chemical, then the next month, I got pregnant with twins but mcd then the cycle after I got pregnant again with dd. (so I got pregnant 3 times in a row without having a period between). I used Tesco own days 3-7. 2 tabs for the first 3 days then 3 the last 2 x

Thanks!

Did find the Tesco ones eventually, ours didn't have them but it is small. Hopefully I won't need to try them but going to give it a go if it doesn't work out xx
