Sorry to butt into T2 but I'm scared & need help :(

I'm 12 wks pregnant today, had my scan last monday all was well listened to babys heartbeat b4 with our Doppler all was ok but when we had sex before there was a bit of spotting after, it stopped quickly but now I'm getting little stabbing twinges I've had these before last week after my scan but I'm terrified has anyone else had this problem? x

Ive had them before they didnt last long though im sure its nothing to worry about and spotting after sex is normal as far as i know xxx
