Sore under bump

Got a sore bit under bump/top of my leg. I noticed it when it was hot last time and it went but it's come back again with this heat. It's basically where I'm sweaty and not getting the air to it. Do you think I need some canestan on it or just leave it. It's not itchy, just sore and red.

Ive had the same thing hun, and have put some sudocrem on it, its great stuff!

Just make sure it's kept clean and as dry as possible. Using a moisturiser will help.

I wouldn't use Sudocreme because it stops air getting to it and will delay healing.

maybe a bit of talc would help keep you dry, its this hot weather.
