Sore pubic bone

Think I've done too much today. Decided to clear out my daughters wardrobe and was bending down alot. Now my pubic bone hurts when I move either leg. I'm walking like an old woman argh.

Plus it means I can't finish the room off tonight cos it's too sore right now. I'm having a bath to see if that soothes it, if not, water bottle maybe?

The bath has helped but it's going to hurt getting out of the tub!!!

I getthis prob if i overdo it too, it's jus one of thosethings isn't it. Not a lot soothes it except a bath! X
