sore breasts?

Im 35 weeks and have been having really painful achey breasts for the past couple of days. Im assuming its maybe my milk coming in but is there any way to get some relief? x

Hot flannels and Paracetamol. I think it's meant to loosen up your tissue. I remeber with henry I used to big, sore and very gorged and just lie there with piping hot flannels (one on each boob) and it did settle the pain. X

I know your pain!! I never has this with my first but this time round my boobs are sooo painful!! X x

Massage? When mine hurt I tried to hand express and it helps.
