sore boob

Hi all,

now my boobs only started leaking the other day so this might just be something to do with that but one of the raised bumps on my right nipple is sore to the touch.

the soreness does disappear for a bit if I massage it gently but then it comes back. it's not red or swollen or anything. the stuff coming out of my nipple is clear/whitish (sorry if tmi).

has anyone else had this?? do i need to put some cream on it?? if so what??

my nips get very sore now and again. They BURN i think its normal xx
