What is arnica and where do I get it??
I've been trying to do pelvic floor exercises but it feels sore and odd lol. Will keep at them though xx

Get arnica cream from any pharmacy hun i got it from Tesco, i had to get it for after having C as I was very badly bruised with the forceps could hardly sit down, i feel your pain! X

You can get arnica tablets. I swear by pelvic floor exercises

I tried to get the tablets but couldn't get them anywhere,the midwife recommended putting the arnica in ur bath with you if you're really sensitive to touch i was it was horrific hope u start to feel better hun xx

You get them in health food shops or boots I'd get the tablets if you can as you're not meant to put the cream or gel on broken skin xx
