Awful isn't it, I'm so sick and tired of being sick and tired. I don't mind so much at the weekend but I can't cope at work, it's hideous x

God cos I don't know how you cope at work its all I'm my power to do the school runs and look after rose x

I'm not coping well tbh. I'm struggling to speak to patients and their parents, I'm gagging constantly. I'm lucky that a have a very supportive department but I am genuinely dreading tomorrow. I do a community clinic single handed on a Monday morning so theres no one to take up the slack whilst I'm in the loo. Nothing I can do about that though x

I feel bloody awful today .. I tend to be sick a little, but run to the loo all day dry heaving .. which just gives me a really sore tum! Men have a lot to answer for ...
