So much pressure

Yday & today I've learnt what pressure really means! In my bum and low down!! It's been breath taking! You sit down n almost jump out of seat! It's really sore! Feels like she's trying to escape!!! Not yet lol Shes not cooked yet!!
Is this normal at this stage???

i've had it the past week. It feels so painful when I sit. I actually got a rubber ring the other day and sat on that. lol. Linked with the SPD its very very painful. lol
