i am so annoyed at stupid bleeding trasnco.
they turned up yesterday at 2pm and said there was a gas problem in the village so our gas had been turned off at the meter and should be back on later. now iwould have asked for a card or when it would be back on but seeing as i have Alex's tummy bug i was on the loo when he kocked and was understandably keen to get back to the loo!
well i then went out for half and hour and no one came back. dh had to have a cold shower when he got in ( he's a plumber so he is dirty when he gets in so he has no choice) we had to boile he kettle 3 times for alex's bath (i would have just left it but he's had a pooy bum too so thought it wasnt fair to leave him) and as our cooker is gas we had to have a chinese (want realy miffed about that part but it wasnt free
)
anyway this morning came and i had to call edf to get a number for transco, who give me another number to call. the women finds out all about it as there is no job for my house and says that they couldnt gain access to put it back on (other than that half an hour i was at hv's i was in all pm and evening) so she would book an emergancy engineer now who would be out within the hour)
i was a bit pissy and said no one left a card and you said there was no job showing at my property so if i hadnt called no one would have come back to sort it out
i couldnt really stay on to have a go as alex wanted his breakfast but i was so bloody mad i had to come on here to moan! i worry now that there are loads of elderly people in my village and they may not know what to do 
so it looks like my gas could have been back on yesterday afternoon and i am still waiting! (am convinced no one came to do it and just forgot us
) sorry its long just need to get it off my chest!

! 2 hours later no one has come - just called them and they said there are so many to deal with they dont know when it will be so i have a day off today to do nice stuff with alex and i have to sit at home!
