I am so p***** off with my school!!! I have been told that if I wanted to have my easter holidays paid off in full, i had to come back to work 3 weeks before the holidays.
Me being naive, I therefore took my maternity leave according to this so I would be back at work the 20th of March (still have not given birth yet)
then i thought there was a mistake on my pay slip so phoned and asked the question about those holidays. And what my school told me was wrong!!!!! 
I can tell them I come back to work the first day of the holidays and would be paid 100%, which means I took my maternity leave 2 weeks early!!!!
So do not beleive what your boss tells you, check before giving your dates!!!
