Thank you appreciate your reply xxI think I’ve read somewhere that sometimes women can end up skipping a cycle for no reason, although stress can be a factor! not much advice or knowledge on it as my ovaries are very lazy and I only ovulate very sporadically, once in a blue moon!
I’d maybe speak to your GP if you’re concerned they may be able to offer some reassurance! Good luck xx
I’m 29 today but have been told at 18 it’s highly unlikely to have children due to not ovulating. That being said I have 2 children conceived naturally! We have even ttc for 6 months and my cycles have gone from very long to a more normal up until this month ( I’m using the clear blue connected) and I’m constantly high fertility with no peak at CD26 which will be the latest I’ve ever ovulated if I miraculously find it this month xIf you’re over 35, then by all means speak to your GP. If you’re under 35 however, they expect you to wait 12 months of TTC before contacting them.
That said, if you’re not ovulating surely that warrants contacting them earlier?
Are you able to and tracking your BBT?
It’s been great up until this month which is so strange. Normally I’d find my peak and go down to low fertility. I’ve never tried BBT but will certainly look into it for next month, is there a particular thermometer you recommend? XDon’t worry, Clearblue constantly missed my surges too. I’d get cheaper ovulation test sticks. Clearblue only allows you to test once a day (FMU) and I often found that Clearblue missed my surges.
I’ve had all sorts of Clearblue OPK’s - I have the advanced fertility monitor but I also trialled the connected before they hit the U.K. markets and even they missed my surge.
Definitely try to chart your BBT if you can. X
