bit embarassing actually but OH has slept in the spare room two nights on the run because I have been snoring like concord is landing near by!

anyone know if we can take any medication to stop it, or has anyone else experienced an increase in snoring complaints since being pregnant?

my face really hurts from the vibrations

I'm exactly the same, I often wake myself up it's so loud  I can only put mine down to the fact that my nose seems blocked all the time at the moment :eh:

Aww!!

How about that strips you put over your nose? I don't think they're medicated, but don't take my word on it!!

Same happened to me. I snored a little bit on occasion before but during this pregnancy it has been much worse. Apparently the membranes in your nose and sinuses swell a bit during pregnancy so it should get back to normal again afterwards (I'm hoping). My OH spent about a month in the spare room but then he went and decorated it for the nursery and took the adult bed out so now he has to cope with it! lol

I won't tell mine that it's going to stay until baba arrives, he will move out

aww, i snore normally, but... my OH has said it either hasnt got worse, or he is getting used to it after 6 years, lol

i have tryed those nose strip things b4 and they did help,

good luck!!

xxx
