sneezed and something popped!

everyday something happens that amazes me!

I just sneezed and something popped under my left rib. The pain was quite excruciating for a few seconds, i actually thought I had broken a rib! Wore off to a tingle and now its all ok again.

You could have popped a rib out momentarily I suppose or sent a muscle into spasm, sneezes are quite forceful. Glad to hear you're ok now though x

I've popped out my hip when I've sneezed .. Bloody hurt! Can't imagine how Much a rib must of hurt!

Sneezing hurts now ...
