Smelly cold :(

Hey,

I woke up this morning with a really smelly stinky cold

normally I would dose myself right up, but obviously I can't! Can anyone recommend anything?

My poor red nose!!

what about trying lemon and honey?? if you get desperate you can have paracetamol if you in pain . lots of rest and lots of attention!! xx hope you feel better soon xx

Can you have throat sweets in pregnancy? they could decongest you, some of them must be natural, or worst case some mints to clear the airways.

I use the nose strips to help me sleep they are harmless and do work xx
