Small red rash?

Hi all, just wondering if anyone could advise me on what this could be, I have a Drs appointment for him but it's not until Monday, and wondering if I should take him the walk in centre. He's fine in himself, no temp or anything but I seen this yesterday and it hasn't gone any better or worse.

It looks like a rub burn type mark, not raised or anything. As I thought it could be ring worm at first but that's normally raised. Any advise would be great. FTM and panicking slightly xx

Could it be sweat/heat rash? Or where his clothes have been rubbing? I don't think it's anything too bad, as it would spread and he'd have other symptoms. If you think you'd rest easier by taking him to a walk in centre then, by all means, take him. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about though x

All my friends were stressing me out saying if you stretch it and it doesn't disappear it could be meningitis! Freaked me out haha! We have a consultant in the chemist so popped in to see him and he said he thinks it's just like a bruise or scratch (even though it just feels like the rest of his skin) that baby has done to himself. Panic over thanks for replying!! Xx

Looks like those under skin blood blister things you get with friction x
