Try snacking on nuts and dried fruit, healthy but high in calories and you can nibble on them here and there. Fruit and yogurt smoothies are good too. Maybe your appetite will come back in a week or two, mines gone up and down loads!
Wow are you me? I'm the same, I cant eat either and been told I need to. I've been drinking loads of milk so hopefully things might have improved by my appointment next week I posted about Milk and not eating so many times on here, your not alone xxxxxx
oh sorry to hear that. Try eating when you can! Hopefully your appetite will get back to normal very soon and then you can make up for the last weeks!
