Slimming world-what did you eat today?

I know quite a few of us are doin sw so thought this would be a good way to get inspiration.
So far today I've had mullerlight yoghurt,an apple and banana.
 
:-)

Scrambled egg ( made with fat free cottage cheese) with mushroom, tomatoes and beans

And a plum

2x Aplen Bars (B)
5 x Laughing Cow light (A)

Brooklea light strawberry yogurt (1 syn)

Lean ham, cucumber, carrots, cottage cheese and a satsuma

Pork chop ( about the size of a stamp once the fats off) with carrots and sweet potatoes.

Flying Saucers 3.5 + sherbet fountain 4.5 syns

2 x tea, quarter slice of melon, weetabix minis (HEb) (with milk allowance from HEa) and will have a banana just before I take Layla to baby group at about 10am! ;-) xx
 
I've had syn free soup cos I'm feeling poorly. Made a massive pan up of it yesterday so will prob eat that all day-and night cos I'm on a night shift :) xx
 
Just had beef flavoured rice with salad. And having a fresh fruit salad now :) x
 
Had 4 x ryvitas topped with lean ham, tomatoes and cucumber :-) followed by a banana. I'm so full! lol xx
 
I'm a bit stuck for tea-was gonna do pork chops (lean) with veg and potatoes but forgot that dh isn't home till 8.30 (same time I leave for work) and he won't eat reheated mash/pots so not sure wot to do now x
 
could you do a stew of somekind that can be left on a low heat keeping warm for him for when he comes home? xx

He won't eat pasta-well he will but not by choice lol x got nothing to put in the stew except chops n carrots lol-was gonna do broccoli,cauliflower sprouts as veg-might do it and leave him some chips in a pan so he can cook them if he wants lol xx
 
lol... was surprised not to see sprouts as a speed food! ;-)

We are having Alaskan Pollock with new potatoes, brocolli, carrots and swede lol :-) then I am going to have my 3.5 syn Strawberry yogurt from Tesco (low fat) and melon :-)

just out of interest, do you know how many syns are in a Tesco white chocolate and strawberry muffin? (bakery) xx
 
Going by online nutritional value and sw syns calculator a 72g (large) muffin is......20 1/2 syns each!

I would have guessed about 11 lol xx
 
oh my good god!!!! lol.... will not be treating myself to one of those over the weekend then! :-( lol xx
 
I don't know what to use my syns for today, something sweet .....

I'm not using any today (cos I was over yesterday) just had pork,pots n veg for tea. Got syn free soup for work and attempting to make some potato fingers to dip in it lol xx
 
What is in syn free soup hun? And how are you making the fingers x
 
I make syn free soup by using a fresh soup pack from tesco (carrot,swede,potato,onion and parsley) boil it with chicken and veg oxo cubes then chuck a tin of chopped toms in then bring to the boil. Ive mashed it a bit but I like it chunky-u can also blend to make a smooth soup.
I've mashed boiled pots with a fork onto a baking tray,cut into fingers,sprayed with fry light,seasoned and cooked till crispy (turning every 10 mins) xx
 
another question lol! when you enter food into diary each day, if you have ham twice for example, do you enter it in twice? or the once as it is a free food etc? xx
 
So it's been day 2 for me and here is how I did...

Breakfast -
Quarter slice melon
Weetabix minis (milk from HEa allowance) (HEb)

Snack - Banana

Lunch - 4 x ryvita crispbread (original) with ham, tomato & cucumber topping (6syns)

Snack - Banana

Dinner - Alaskan Pollock with tinned new potatoes & carrots, swede & broccoli

Snack - Ryvita crackerbread & ham (HEb)

Just about to finish food intake with a Tesco Low Fat Strawberry yogurt (3.5 syns)

Have also had 7 cups of tea (using milk allowance from HEa with 3 still left to have) and also 2 glasses of Pepsi Max Citrus :-)

Total syns... 9.5 today :-) (0.5 less than yesterday!) :-) xx
