Hi ladies can anyone remember how much ur allowed of bread milk cheese ect on a daily basis when I started 3 yrs ago it was the red n green plan and I don't understand the extra easy plan xx

Also what healthy extras can you have?
 
I always did extra easy and extras are reduced to 1 a and 1 b choice. Think you add an extra milk based choice if breastfeeding though. Doesn't seem
 
Like much but you can eat all the meat and potato/pasta things you like!
