Which slimming club is better?

I want to join one but which would you recomend?!?!?!?!

I would recommend SW. It is a lot to get your head around at first but it definately works for me :D

weight watchers but thats only because i haven't tried any others but weight watchers worked for me last year

i have only done slimming world, my problem is, is that i havent got any willpower, saying that if i can stop smoking, i SHOULD be able to lose weight dont you think?

It is suggested that you don't stop smoking AND loose weight at the same time because unless you're a really stong person then its just not possible. Alot of people when they give up smoking put on weight because they then turn to food as their comfort. I'm sure you do have the willpower in you hun but you have to WANT to do it.

I suggest weight watchers but simply because thats all my Mum hasb ever used and I've used it in the past because she has. She lost alot of weight with it in quite a short period of time.

Oops sorry hun lol I didn't read you're reply properly. Well i'm sure you'll do it, Its good to set yourself a goal like loosing weight for a holiday, special day, things like that can help you

I have done both - I used to think WW was great but I recently joined slimming world and find it better - mainly because you can eat more (of healthy foods) in fact you can eat loads and this works better for me because I am the type of person that once I went over my points a few times I was like 'sod it' this just isn't working. There is very little counting and weighing too in slimming world - which I like. But I think some people suit the more rigid point counting.

i personally like weight watchers.. however, i havent tried slimming world, so cant comment on it really....

last time i id weight watchers i lost 33lbs in about 7 weeks... but i was breastfedeing round the clock.....

i'll let you know on thursday if im still liking weight watchers depending on how much i lose... or gain?! lol hahaha

definitely slimming world out of the two as it actually looks at the food types you're eating , not just calories/fat

you could eat just 2 mars bars a day and nothing else, and thats considered ok on a weightwatchers diet cos its within the points
