Sleepless nights and feeling restless

Hi everyone, don't know if this is to do with me being pregnant but ive been having a lot of sleepless nights, i just cant sleep some nights even though i'm really tired, ive got nothing on my mind and not stressed so it can't be that. i'm also very restless in the day and it might sound weird but i can't stop moving my right leg, i can't keep it still! i know this sounds very strange but has anyone else had anything similar?
Hope everyone is ok and enjoying their pregnancys.

I'm sure I've read somewhere on the internet about twitchy legs....can't remember what it was though so might be worth doing a search for it.

I'm not sleeping too well either at the minute but that's bacause I can't sleep on my front because my bbs are too sore!!

Restless legs are common in pregnany

And your body clock can start doing weird things. Just nap when you can to make sure you are not getting over tired

take some tonic water before bed for the quinnine in it, really helps restless legs, i've not had a proper nights sleep since i became pg

I have sleepless nights too hun. I used to go to bed around midnight (I work full time ) but now I don't get tired til around 2am!! Nightmare...
