Tri hopping 3 days early, but was hoping for some advise!

Every morning when I wake up over the last week I am so achy! Bump, back, hips, just really painful until I have got up and moving again. This is my second baby and I never had this trouble with my first!

I have a pregnancy pillow, but wonder if there is anything else I can do? Just seems a little early to be experiencing such bad aches, especially when I am fine all day. Thanks for any advise in advance! X

No advice hun but Im exactly the same! 10x worse in the mornings - struggle to put on my knickers/socks but by the end of the day I'm not too bad at all. Maybe the fact we can't move much anymore in our sleep (bump weighing us down) we kind of seize up? Xxx

Yeah summer I think that's what's happenig. Dream geni stops you moving about so think I am just seizing up... Although on the plus side hair isn't as crazy in the mornings as it used to be! Am so active through the day with childminded there is no time to seize up... Nighttime must be a shock to the system! Sorry you are suffering too, but glad to hear I am not the only one! Just feel a bit feeble suffering so early on xx

Oh I get this too, have to roll myself out of bed, feel awful x

I experienced this in tri 2, I got a memory foam mattress topper and now at 41 weeks I don't even need my pillow, no longer have any hip pain which I used to have x

How weird I'm totally the other way round a lot worse by Eve than morn!! Altho this back pain is there lurking all the time n gets worse if I sit to long or do to much so it's hard to find a balance esp as u say I am childminding 3days a week n have Harry who is nearly 17months old to chase after!!

Michelle.x

Popping in from Tri 2. I get this awful pain every morning in my hip but mostly my low and middle back. What I found helpful is sleeping without any pillows. That seems to ease the pain considerably.

Then, last night I was feeling brave (or stupid) and slept with 2 low pillows... this morning my back was in agony! So yes, no pillow for me tonight! x

I'm the same as Hayes, worse by end of day, but when I do the bedrun, i sit for 45 mins -1.5 hrs on a toddler bed leaning on cushions etc and when I get up im like a granny im so sieased up xxx
