I put Raf down to sleep at night at around 7pm, and when i put him down, i put him on his back, but as i go to check him every so often he will either be on his side, or completely on his front, which as he is my first baby, totally scares me, so i put him on his back again, this happens all night, and he will always end up on his front again - he seems to like this position. Shall i just leave him if he's that comfortable?

If he can move around then I would guess it is safe. It used to be recommended to sleep on the front and although they have decided that it is best to put them to sleep on their back millions of babies have survived sleeping on their front.

If it is making you stressed however it may be worth finding a way o stop it. is he under covers or in a sleeping bag? Under covers DD wriggles everywhere but in her sleeping bag she is fairly still.
