I've read lots of places that sleeping on your back isn't good when preggers.
For the past 2 weeks i keep waking up on my back, even though when i lie on my side i put pillows infront of me & DH puts pillows against my back. When i wake up (usually at about 2am without fail) i can barely move with out getting awful shooting pains down my back.
How can i stop myself?!
