Hip / Groin ache...???

I keep getting pains under bump on my right side, and then it goes all the way through to my hip.. and also to my back.
If I lie on my right, it hurts, if I lie on my left it hurts.. any idea what it might be??
was up since 4am as i couldn't lie down this morning..

Sometimes when I wake up, its like a shooting pain....

I've been having this for a couple of weeks. I asked my MW last week and she said that I would feel these odd pains and twinges a lot more now as baby gradually moves himself down further.

Ask you MW to be on the safe side, but I think it's a positive sign that things are happening now down there
