Any advice on how to get a good night's sleep these days i just dont sleep at all and i find myself clock watching every hour near enough until its time to get up. By the time the mornings here im so worn out i have no energy for anything and find myself constantly napping on the sofa but this is no good when i have my 2 little one's to look after. :(

i did find a warm milk drink before bed helped, but that seems to have worn off now.

switching everything off (radio/tv/computer) half and hour before bed and just reading, dont know how likely this is with 2 LO's :?

other then that i cant help hun sorry  but if you find a way please please please share!

do you feel uncomfortable? if so putting a pillow between your legs might help

Oooh that can't be nice :(
I remember I had this problem last time and stayed up all night and slept most of the day in the end! Not as easy as that when you already have little ones though is it? :(
I always find I sleep better if I have the bed to myself so love it when Kev goes to work at 4 :shhh:
Hope you manage to get a good sleep soon

Most of the time I'm ok but been waking up and thoughts going round and round in my head are keeping me awake! I guess we have lots of things to worry about at the moment

What I have found has helped is buying a V-shaped pillow to fit between my legs and under my bump, and I bought some lovely new pillows for me and OH too and a mattress topper! Just to make sure I'm as comfy as can be! I don't seem to have a problem dropping off but if I wake in the night (as I often do to visit the loo - like 10 times!!! lol) I sometimes stay awake thinking about everything, writing things down that you worry about can help you get stuff straight in your head so try keeping a notepad by your bed, once any worries are down on paper I find it much easier to nod back off. Also I sleep really well if I have been out and had some fresh air - which I don't always feel like doing - but going for a walk definitely helps.

I hope you crack it! xx
