Sleep!

I thought we had this sorted! Lucy has very good night routine and although only generally will fall asleep on me last week perhaps it's taken several attempts to put her in the cot without waking and screaming down the place. She has started to wake again at random times for a feed (some nights midnight , sometime 3 or 5 or whenever and she takes 7 oz milk easily, I just feel like I have a constant headache and although really don't mind getting up would like some routine!!. She has just turned 5 months old. Sorry for long post xx

She has now been awake for an hour ! And thinks it's playtime. I've had to come downstairs as she showed no inclination of going to sleep. Xx

Poor you, we had a very similar thing at about the same stage and I did the sleep sense thing that easomes sent a few of us. It's about teaching baby to self settle so that when they wake in the night they can go back to sleep. It does involve letting them cry though which not everyone wants to do. Has worked for us though.
