Silly question maybe

I have just had my first sweep and a bit confused? The notes are not too clear in my file but they say;

efficing, 0s admits finger cephalic penetate -3 abe spect membrane intact

Canno make out the writing much any idead? I know I have posterior cervix so still at the back and a little high up any experience on this?

Managed to work it out after spendimg ages reading and re reading wish ppl.wrote clearer!
