talking about the 80's made me remember this photo
hear is me on holiday in hastings (me on the left)

dear me dont i look a sight

why was shell suites EVER fashionable i had the jacket to match and i thought i looked cool 8)
OH MY

and why was illuminous 'IN' back then i mean really i wore everything in illuminous yellow skirt pink top can you imagine

Oh and the hair doo nooooooooooooooooooo

i had natural curls anyway but i made my mams life hell for weeks demanding this perm
as all the girls had tight curly perms my hair wasnt curly enough
she gave in the end
i didnt like it and wanted my own hair back

luckily I don't have any dodgy childhood photos on my puter and my scanners broken so I can't embarrass myself

Loving the pick of you in your shell suit I used to have one myself, but mine was a hideous green colour that makes yours look acceptable
I remember there were stories in the press of kids bursting into flames and calls for them to be banned

I remember the luminous overload in clothing. I used to wear a rara skirt that was luminous pink, green and yellow, with a luminous green and orange t-shirt, together with luminous socks and bumbag! The grossness was completed with pink jelly shoes and jelly bag! The shame!

I Loved my jelly shoes i had pink ones too and some with sparkels
much nicer the the Croc shoes out at the moment

Ear muffs and jelly shoes are back in!!!! And i have to admit i LOVED my jellies last year, so comfy, and ear muffs are great cos my ears get very cold

Oh and as for shell suits, i had bright pink one, but considering i'd have been barely 2 at the time i think it's ok!! I've got the embarassing 90's for all my OMG what was i thinking photos!!!
